职位描述
1. Take lead and be responsible for purchasing and logistics teams in Equipment Plant 2. Build and keep optimize supply chain management processes, achieve cost saving targets 3. Participate into supply chain strategy setting and be responsible for the execution 4. Source, evaluate and introduce qualified suppliers, support materials localization strategy 5. Work closely with manufacturing, designing, business and other departments, manage purchasing day-to-day operation activities to meet customer requests 6. Balance inventory turns and minimize stock level, improve warehouse efficiency continuously 7. Work with internal and external partners to ensure timely and efficient product delivery 8. Train and develop team members, manage people performance 9. Safety remains the number one priority by making it an integral part in all activities; Ensure all work is completed safety & in compliance with laws, regulations & Atotech standards. 招聘要求
1. More than 10 years working experience in supply chain covering purchasing and logistics functions in manufacturing environment in multinational company 2. More than 3 years experiences in team management 3. Solid experiences in equipment parts procurement and logistics 4. Demonstrate successes in supplier development / management and procurement value creation. 5. Strong background in negotiation for results in complex situations and tight time pressure. 6. Bachelor or above 7. Major in supply chain management, or engineering related。 8. Fluent in Mandarin & English, both in writing and speaking
